R&D Test Kitchen Favorites 2015

Kabuki Executive Corporate Chef Masa Kurihara is at it again! Meet R&D Test Kitchen Favorites 2015, a menu offering a robust selection of new specialty rolls, appetizers great for sharing, steamed buns and a salad perfect for summer. Master Sake Sommelier Yuji Matsumoto brought back guest-favorite the Tokyo Mule and the refreshing Coco Ginger Beer, plus a new lineup of premium lemonade from our friends at Odwalla.

Don’t miss Happy Hour! We made some changes, brought back some favorites (ahem, Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll and Albacore Sushi), plus we added selections from the new R&D Test Kitchen menu. Available at all restaurant locations.

We added some old favorites (we’re looking at you, Spicy Tuna Crunch Roll, Albacore Sushi and Salmon Skin Roll), and vamped options by adding selections from our all-new R&D Test Kitchen Favorites menu! Say hello to Steamed Gyoza Dumpling, Tokyo Steamed Bun, Brussels Sprouts and new specialty rolls Asparagus & Salmon with Crunchy Garlic and Ika Geso Tempura Roll!

Happy Hour is available at all restaurant locations Monday thru Friday from 3 to 6 PM. Reverse Happy Hour is available at select restaurant locations Monday thru Thursday from 9 PM to close and Sunday from 8 PM to close (call restaurant to check availability).
