Host Your Fundraiser At Kabuki

Blog Body Picture

Everyone has a cause that they support. So let Kabuki help you with that cause. Fundraising at Kabuki is easy and very effective. All you have to do is to invite as many people as possible to dine at a Kabuki of your choice on an agreed date and Kabuki will give back 15% of the profits directly to you.

Here’s how you can start:

  1. Fill out the Kabuki Fundraiser Application Form and email it to Michelle Sham at michelle@kaizendining.com
  2. Design a flyer and pass it out to as many people as possible. The more people know about your fundraiser, the more successful your fundraiser will be.
  3. On the day of the fundraiser, make sure to remind your guests that when they dine in, they have to turn in their flyers to their server so that we know to give you 15% of their check totals.
  4. Wait for your check to arrive in the mail!

If you have any further questions about fundraising, please email Michelle at michelle@kaizendining.com.

Here’s Another Reason To Try Hot Sake

We are giving you another reason to try Hot Sake this season. Hot sake will be priced at happy hour pricing all season long for your sipping pleasure.*

Small: $3.95-> $2.95
Large: $6.95 -> $5.50

Hot Sake Blog Post

Hot sake is usually preferred during the winter in Japan. It is served in a porcelain carafe called a tokkuri, from which you will pour into shot glasses called ochoko. Our hot house sake, Sho Chiku Bai Extra Dry Sake, is a very versatile liquor that can be paired with a variety of dishes of all flavors and not just sushi. We especially recommend pairing hot sake with our Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice or with our Lobster Dynamite. To enjoy sake properly, sip it like wine and never shoot it like a shot. Also, remember that friends don’t let friends pour their own sake. Drinking sake is a social activity in Japan and pouring sake for your friends is a sign of affection and courtesy. Remember these tips and have a great time out getting cozy with our hot sake this season!

Pictured below is the Lobster Dynamite— baked slipper lobster and sauteed vegetables broiled with Panko, Soy Sauce and a splash of sake, then garnished with spring mix.

Fall Wine Special

Fall wine promo web banner

What better way to celebrate autumn than with a glass of wine? Have a glass of Copper Ridge’s Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon for $4.25 through the whole month of October. Here are some wine and food pairings we suggest.

Copper Ridge’s Chardonnay showcases ripe tree fruit with notes of pineapple, mango, toasted oak and brown spice. Pair with your favorite Sashimi or our Broiled Mussels.

Copper Ridge’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine with flavors of blackberry, plum and cherry with just a hint of spice. Enjoy with our Hot Stone Grill, Garlic Beef Yaki or Tokyo Steamed Bun.
