Let's Get Old-Fashioned and Sip Like It's 1881!

Apple-picking on farms nestled in the foothills of California always embodies the true essence of Fall. We've infused that feeling into our 1881 Old-Fashioned by taking fresh local apples and soaking them in a woody oak, vanilla and caramel flavored Makers Mark Bourbon for 24 hours.

We then add two liqueurs to round out the flavors and bring home the essence of a crisp harvest morning by adding China China; a sweet to bitter orange flavor alongside Grand Poppy Amaro; a City of Angels crafted liqueur distilled with fresh citrus, herbs and the California Poppy.

At a mellow price of $11, you are guaranteed a smooth, subtle finish with a slight taste of sweet apple to balance out each sip.

Even better--it pairs with all foods. Kabuki guests love it with our beef dishes as much as do with fresh happy hour sushi. It's a fantastic apertif to cleanse your palette before your meal or great as a digestiff to balance out your tummy alongside something sweet like our mochi ice cream.
